Welcome to Covision! These Terms of Service (or just "Terms") explain the rules for using our vision board builder. By using Covision, you're agreeing to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Using Covision

• **Who can use it:** You must be at least 13 years old to use Covision. If you're under 18, please get your parent's or guardian's permission.
• **Your Account:** You're responsible for your account and anything that happens on it. Keep your password safe!
• **Content:** You own the content you create on your vision boards. Please don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

2. Google Photos Integration

When you use our Google Photos integration, you authorize us to access *only* the specific photos and videos you select from your Google Photos library. We do not store your Google credentials or access your entire library. Your use of Google Photos is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.

3. Our Rights

• **Modifications:** We might update or change Covision (and these Terms) from time to time. We'll try to let you know about major changes.
• **Termination:** We can suspend or terminate your access to Covision if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's necessary for security or legal reasons.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Covision is provided "as is" without any warranties. We're not liable for any damages that might arise from your use of the app. This is a powerful tool, but use it responsibly!

5. General Stuff

These Terms are the whole agreement between you and Covision regarding the app. If any part of these Terms isn't valid, the rest still applies.
